Keeping pets – home owners

If you’d like to get a pet, please check your leasehold agreement first. Some agreements allow you to keep domestic pets and others don’t. If you’re unsure, please contact us and we’ll let you know for sure.

If your lease does allow you to keep a pet, you'll need to request permission from us. You can do this by emailing or writing to us. There is a charge of £50.

If you do have a pet, you’ll need to follow the guidance on the keeping pets page in the tenants section.
