Customer satisfaction surveys taking place in February
One of the best ways for us to check whether we're getting things right, is to ask our customers what they think of our services.
From Monday 4 February until Tuesday 26 February, the Institute of Customer Service and research agency, The Leadership Factor will be contacting some of our customers by email and phone to find out how we're doing.
Please feel free to provide any feedback, good or not-so-good and it will help us to improve our service to you. None of the survey questions will involve your personal details or ask you to provide anything other than your opinion of us.
