Our progress in 2017/18

Today, Thursday 20 December, we have published our latest customer annual review, highlighting the achievements we made and how we helped our customers in 2017/18.

We’re committed to providing an easy to access, simple to use service that our customers can put their trust in, at the same time as building more much-needed affordable new homes. Our customer annual review highlights the progress we have made towards achieving these aims, and the areas we’ll continue getting better at.


Highlights from 2017/18 include launching our new name, continuing our focus on building affordable housing by delivering our target of 80 new homes, and resolving more queries for customers on first contact.


The report also shows that we know there are some areas we need to continue getting better at, especially how we listen to customers, and we’ll continue working on this over the next 12 months.
