We’re changing our name to settle

14 May 2018

Today we’re announcing that from 23 May we’re changing our name and look from North Hertfordshire Homes to “settle”.

Why change?

North Hertfordshire Homes was formed 15 years ago. Over the last few years we’ve changed significantly and we’ve grown in both the services we offer and the areas we work in.

We now have plans in place to build more homes and increase the range of services we provide, because we know that having somewhere to settle, even for a short while, helps transform people’s lives. This change is an important step in delivering our vision and bringing to life our plans for how we want to help our customers, now and in the future.

Gavin Cansfield, Chief Executive of North Hertfordshire Homes, said: “Over the past few years we’ve changed significantly in order to do more for people needing somewhere to live, to help those people live comfortably and create a business which is trusted by our customers and colleagues. As a result, we felt that it was time to change our look, to reflect who we are today and what we want to do in the future as a proud provider of social housing.”

What will happen on 23 May

We’ll start using settle and our new logo in our communications from 23 May. We’ll also begin the process of updating other materials to our new look.

Our phone numbers including our main number 0330 343 0016 will stay the same, but our website will change to www.settlegroup.org.uk and our email addresses will change to @settlegroup.org.uk.

Emails to @nhh.org.uk and links to the old website will automatically be redirected.

Making a payment or sending an invoice after 23 May

Although we’ll start using our new name from Wednesday 23 May, our legal name will continue to be North Hertfordshire Homes for a short while. Please make payments to the same details as usual and continue to make cheques and invoices to North Hertfordshire Homes.
