Your well-being

Sometimes things happen in life that affect our well-being and cause us to feel overwhelmed. It could be something external like our work situation; it could be closer to home like family difficulties or money problems; it could be our own mental health, or it could be a combination of these things. Whatever it is, sometimes we just need a bit of help. Someone who can listen and offer us practical help and suggestions.

If you’re struggling to cope with any of the below we can help. If you need professional help that we can’t offer, we’ll always direct you to organisations that can.

Concerned about someone?

If you think someone is being neglected, abused or taken advantage of you can report this to your local council.

On your council’s website search for “report safeguarding” or “social services”. If you can’t find anything, contact the council directly. They should direct you to the right team.
