Help with your rent during coronavirus

Our priority at settle is the safety and wellbeing of our residents, colleagues and communities.

We understand that many families and individuals are being affected financially by coronavirus and we know that each situation is different. So, we’ll consider your personal circumstances to find the best ways we can help and support you.

It might be that we look at how and when your rent is paid. We can also help you identify and apply for benefits you’re entitled to, or perhaps tell you about practical, financial and other support available locally.

The Government is providing financial support, including benefits, to help during this time. Please read the Government’s coronavirus support for employees, benefit claimants and businesses pages.
