Rents and charges from April
All residents should have received details of rent and any service charges to be paid from April 2026.
The rent increase for most tenants is set in line with the Government’s Social Rent Standard. For Shared Owners, the rent increase is set within the terms of the lease.
Your rent pays for the work we do to maintain and invest in existing homes, including our repairs service and keeping your home and communal spaces safe. You can find out more in our Annual Report to Residents at www.settlegroup.org.uk/annual-report or call us for a paper copy.
How we can help
We have trained teams in place to help with any issues related to running your home including practical support and we offer a free, confidential money advice service to all our residents.
