Changes to allpay digital payment services

We want to let residents know about an important change to the digital payment services provided by allpay, which some residents use to pay rent online or through a mobile app.
From 11 May, the existing allpay app and Internet Payments portal will close and move to a new service called allpayments.
The new service brings online and app payments together into one updated platform, including:
- the new allpayments app
- the new allpayments online payment portal
What this means for you
If you currently use the allpay app or pay directly through the allpay website
To continue making payments online or through an app, you will need to:
- download the new allpayments app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- or create/sign in to an account at: https://new.allpayments.net/
You can log in using your existing allpay username and password. Once you sign in, your information should transfer automatically to the new service.
Please note: this is not an update to the old allpay app. You will need to download the new allpayments app separately.
If you pay through My Settle Portal, over the phone, or another payment method
You do not need to do anything. These payment methods are not changing.
