Settle Group is becoming Lifestone Homes
From 1 October 2026, (subject to legal transfer!), Settle Group will become Lifestone Homes as part of bringing Settle and Paradigm together as one organisation.
You’ll start to see our new name and branding appear on our website, social media, letters, emails and other communications.
For most residents, there will be very little change.
What does this mean for you?
- Your tenancy or lease remains the same
- Your legal rights and protections do not change
- The services you receive continue as normal
- You’ll still be able to contact us if you need support.
The main changes you’ll notice are our new name, logo and how you contact us.
Our contact details are changing
As part of this change, our contact phone number will become 0300 303 1010.
Don’t worry if you forget – calls to our old number will automatically be redirected.
