Office and reception closure for staff training – Wednesday 16 September
All of our offices (including reception) will be closed from Tuesday 15 September at 5:30pm until Thursday 17 September 2026 at 8am while our staff take part in training.
We will still be available for you to raise emergency repair requests during this period. To report an emergency repair, please call 0330 343 0016.
Emergency repairs include:
- Total loss of power, heating or water
- Major leaks and flooding inside your home
- Broken doors or ground floor windows making your home insecure
If you can smell gas or suspect a gas leak, please call National Grid immediately on 0800 111 999.
If you experience a total loss of power or water supply, please contact your local provider in the first instance.
If you have a fire in your home, please dial 999 immediately and, when you are able to, please contact us for support.
