Planned maintenance, sometimes referred to as cyclical or periodic maintenance is the general upkeep of external and/or communal areas. For example on houses, this could be clearing or replacing guttering and in blocks of flats this could be painting of communal stairwells.
When this work is due to take place, we’ll write to you with details of what’s going to be done and the name of the contractor carrying out the work.
