settle developing new FA- standard pitch and homes in Stotfold

We’re developing the new football stadium for Stotfold Football Club, bringing an FA-standard football pitch and facilities to the town. When the team move to their new ground later this year, we’ll then develop 62 new homes for sale and rent on the site of the former football ground.

When the football club have moved to their new ground, Stotfold Town Council also plan to develop other community facilities in the large area surrounding the new stadium, including play and fitness equipment. These will be developed in consultation with Stotfold residents.

Gavin Cansfield, chief executive of settle said “Our purpose is to help people who are struggling to find a place to live and to help them live comfortably in their homes. We know that new homes are vital for local people who would otherwise be unable to access the housing market. I’m delighted that we’re working with our partners to develop the new homes in this way, to bring these new facilities and homes to the local community.”
