We’re committed to helping people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, South Cambridgeshire and Buckinghamshire who are struggling to find a place to live, and that means building more homes.
We’re committed to increasing the supply of affordable homes in these areas, and our aim is that at least 90% of these are affordable.
We’re making great progress, and recent highlights include completion of the first phase of our regeneration programme at John Barker Place in Hitchin.
