We’re moving to one Letchworth office
We currently have two offices in Letchworth – one on Blackhorse Road and another office at Rowan House on Avenue One. For customers who want to come into our offices, we ask you to meet us at Blackhorse Road, but we usually ask for post to be sent to our address at Avenue One.
From 20 May, all staff will be based at our Blackhorse Road office. This is part of plans we’ve had in place for a long time for all Letchworth-based colleagues to work in the same building. It will be a more efficient way for our colleagues to work and reduce the costs we incur from running two office buildings so close together.
We are refurbishing parts of our Blackhorse Road office for this move, and selling our offices on Avenue One as part of these plans.
All customers who want to meet us in our offices should continue to come to our Blackhorse Road office. We are also asking customers who want to contact us in writing to also start sending this to us at our Blackhorse Road address. We will also arrange for post to be forwarded from Rowan House.
We will also be changing our registered office address from Rowan House on Avenue One to Blackhorse Road as part of this move.
