We are continuing work to set up our Voice of the Customer Panel. The panel will work on behalf of all settle residents, offering a customer perspective to shape and improve our services in a way that makes a real difference to you.
We were delighted to welcome residents to our open evening earlier in July to talk about our plans to launch the voice of the customer panel.
The drop-in event was a chance for interested residents to come along, find out more and share their thoughts on our plans. If you are interested in joining the panel or attending the second open event that we are running in September, please let us know.
We can’t wait to get the panel up and running to help make sure we’re listening to, learning from and acting on customer feedback in the best way possible.
