Do you have thoughts about how we can improve the services we offer?
We’re in the process of launching a voice of the customer panel and we’re looking for residents like you to join. The panel will meet every three months to discuss, shape and improve settle services.
Members will represent all settle residents and work closely with settle colleagues and our Board to make sure that the decisions and direction of our organisation are being guided by what matters most to you.
After the success of our first open event in July, we’re holding a second drop-in session so that more people can come along and find out more.

We can’t wait to get the panel up and running to help make sure we’re listening to, learning from and acting on customer feedback in the best way possible.
