Following delays during the pandemic and the shortage in some essential materials, we’re pleased to have reduced the number of repairs logged on our system to a manageable number with a focus on returning to typical repair waiting times in the coming months.

We continue to complete all emergency repairs within the target of 24hours. If you need to report an emergency repair, please call us immediately.

Customer Service Centre

We are working hard to reduce the time it takes to answer calls. Most calls are being answered within three minutes. You can report repairs, make complaints, check your rent balance and make a payment through your online account.

Investment in homes

We continue to invest in residents’ homes. We are on track replacing kitchens, bathrooms, windows and front doors and heating systems for those residents we’ve written to on our 2022/23 programme.
