We are clear that no settle resident has to live with damp or mould in their home.
There are lots of ways we are doing this. During the past year we have increased the resources we have available to make sure we can resolve all cases of damp and mould in homes, and that we are able to provide support and practical assistance when needed.
One of the things we are also doing is contacting residents who have previously reported damp or mould, to check that problems are fully resolved and have not reoccurred.
