We’re recruiting a settle resident to our Operations Committee to work with our Board to influence decision making and ensure the resident voice is heard.

About the role

If you’re a settle resident and want to make a positive difference to the people living in our homes and improve the services that we deliver, then we want to hear from you!

We’re looking for people who with the knowledge, skills and experience can contribute to our strategic aims while providing an appropriate level of challenge and support to the Committee. If you think you can act in the best interests of settle residents, represent settle and ensure our reputation, values, behaviours and objectives are upheld, this could be the role for you.

The role offers a salary of £3,000 per annum and we will provide any support needed.

You will be required to attend all the Operations Committee meetings which typically take place quarterly, usually on the third Tuesday between 4 – 6pm. You will also need to have digital access as some meetings take place online.

The next three meetings are scheduled to take place online on:

  • 23 July 2024
  • 22 October 2024
  • 21 January 2025
