Receiving feedback from you is important. It helps us understand how we are doing as your landlord; what you think of the services we are providing and where we can improve.

Sometimes we use other companies to carry out surveys or conduct research for us. In all cases, we make sure we protect your data.

From the start of August, we will be launching new surveys, that are typically carried out once you have completed a service with settle. You might see the name of our partner carrying out these surveys on our behalf, CX Feedback. The surveys will be sent by email and text to ask you if you are happy with our services and get your feedback on what we can do better.

We will continue to use Acuity to carry out our Tenant Satisfaction Measures surveys via phone call. We’ve recently published our results against the Tenant Satisfaction Measures for the year 2024/25 and you can read our update on them on our website.
