Unsolicited letters about repairs – A reminder to contact Settle directly

Some residents have been in contact to let us know they’ve received letters from an external organisation claiming they can help with unresolved repairs.
We want to remind you that if you need to report a repair or have any concerns about your home, please contact us directly.
We’re here to help, and once we know about an issue, we’ll make sure the right team picks it up and investigates it properly.
If you receive a call or letter from another organisation, we recommend letting them know you’re already in contact with your landlord.
How did another organisation get my address?
If you’ve received a letter, it may be addressed simply as “Dear Tenant/Resident” alongside your address. Please be assured that we do not share your personal information. Your data is protected under our privacy policy and is only used by Settle.
