Accreditation for Settle’s commitment to supporting LGBTQ+ communities
We’re very proud to have been awarded Pledge Pioneer status through the LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge, by HouseProud and delivered by Stonewall Housing recognising our ongoing work to support LGBTQ+ colleagues, residents and communities.
This follows signing up to the LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge over a year ago,
a scheme that asks members for a commitment to LGBTQ+ resident equality and support and offers clear guidance and actions that social housing providers can adopt to create more inclusive, supportive environments.
The recognition reflects our ongoing work across Settle to strengthen relationships with LGBTQ+ residents and to ensure more visibility across our services as well as increasing colleague training.
We’re especially grateful to Stonewall for their support and partnership as we continue to progress this work.
