We’re supporting Talk Money Week

We’re proud to support Talk Money Week 2025, a national campaign from the Money and Pensions Service that encourages people to have open, honest conversations about money.

How we can support with money advice

Last year, we launched our in-house Money Advice Service, offering free, confidential support for all residents to sustain their tenancies and feel more in control of their finances.

Our Money Advice Partners are here to help with practical support and guidance with budgeting, managing bills, and work together with partner organisations to make sure you get the help you need. They can also check that you’re receiving the correct benefits, help with applications for any you’re entitled to, and provide support with reviews or appeals.

Please call us on 0330 343 0016 and ask about our Money Advice Service – we’ll talk through your situation and work with you to find the right support to help you sustain your tenancy.

You can also find out more about the support we offer and use helpful tools like our budgeting and benefits calculator, available on the Benefits page under the Support from Settle section of our website.

How we’ve helped

Since its launch in December 2024, our Money Advice Team has already made a real difference, supporting 310 residents so far.

Here’s what some residents have said about the support they received:

One of the Money Advice Partners visited me and helped me get Attendance Allowance. Thank you all at the Money Advice Team – I’m in a much better place financially.”

“[After a change in personal circumstances] I was under so much stress… The Money Advice Partner was an absolute godsend, sorting out my finances was just one less thing to worry about.”

“I received guidance, empathy and kindness from one of the Money Advice Partners. She gave me the confidence to apply for help and fill out forms… I’m grateful to the Money Advice Team for their patience. I tend to isolate myself and ignore phone calls and letters but the Money Advice Partner tried everything to help…and she did.
