National Involvement Week 2025

We’re proud to support National Involvement Week with Tpas, a national organisation that specialises in tenant engagement, helping residents and landlords work together.

We’re committed to listening to residents, understanding what’s working well, what we can improve, and acting on your feedback to make sure we’re providing services that you value.

We gather feedback in many ways – through surveys, compliments and complaints, and by working with residents directly to review and improve our services.

Our infographic below shows some of the highlights from the last year, and the many ways your voice has made a difference.

6,500+ survey responses
34 projects influenced
14 Big Door Knock days
18 Neighbourhood Action Week days
13 policies shaped
1,700+ members on Settle Connect

Voice of the Resident Panel

A big thank you to our Voice of the Resident (VoR) Panel, who make sure residents’ voices are heard and that we focus on the changes residents want to see.

Over the past year, the panel has:

  • Helped shape our five key areas of improvement
  •  Reviewed and tested our ASB and complaints reporting tools on My Settle Portal
  • Worked with us on updates to our website and policies, making information clearer and more accessible.

There are lots of ways to get involved and have your say.

Settle Connect is our online engagement platform where residents can share ideas, take part in surveys, and influence decisions. Register today to be the first to hear about new opportunities and be entered into our monthly prize draw every time you take part!

We’re currently asking for feedback on our Section 20 Consultation Policy Review, which sets out how we consult with residents before carrying out any major works that could lead to a recharge. You can share your views by completing our short survey.

The first funding window for the Community Benefit Fund is open until Friday 14 November. You can apply for up to £3,000 to make your community an even better place to live. Find out more and apply.

If you prefer to get involved another way, please visit our Get Involved page to find out more about how we gather feedback and how we’re acting on what residents tell us. If you’re not online, call us on 0330 343 0016 and ask to speak to the Engagement team.

If you’d like to find out more about how residents and landlords are working together across England, Tpas is running free online events during National Involvement Week to share ideas, celebrate community projects, and explore new ways to get involved. You can see the full programme on the Tpas website.
