Have your say on our proposed transfer to Paradigm

Settle Paradigm logo

We’re inviting all residents to share their views on a proposed change that would bring Settle fully into Paradigm Housing Group.

This is called a Transfer of Engagements, and it would mean Settle becoming part of Paradigm Homes Charitable Housing Association Limited, creating one organisation.

Why we’re proposing this

Settle became part of Paradigm in October 2025 following resident consultation. Since then, we’ve been working together as SettleParadigm.

The proposed transfer is the next step in that journey. By becoming a single organisation, we believe we can strengthen services, invest more in homes and communities, and deliver on the commitments we’ve already made to you.

What this means for you

If the proposal goes ahead, there would be no changes to your day-to-day experience as a resident:

  • You would stay in the same home
  • Your tenancy or lease agreement would stay the same
  • Your rights, rent and service charges would not change
  • You would continue to receive local services.

The main difference is that your landlord would become Paradigm Homes Charitable Housing Association Limited.

For more information about the process and answers to frequently asked questions, please visit our consultation webpage.
