Clarification about Oakray
Hertfordshire County Council Trading Standards is warning residents not to deal with a company called Oakray Drives and Patios Limited using the address of 86 Bancroft Hitchin SG5 1NQ.
They are not a limited company and don’t have the right to use the Hitchin address.
Trading Standards advice is not to use any trader that cold calls at the door or who leaflet drops.
For settle customers, there’s also possible confusion between this company and our trusted heating partners, Oakray.
Oakray heating engineers will always carry identification and never turn up without a pre-arranged appointment.
