The latest resident newsletter is now available to read in its digital format below. If we don’t have an email address for you, a printed copy has been posted to you and should arrive in the first week of June.

In May’s newsletter, you can find:

  • Updates on our services, including repairs, how quickly we’re responding when you contact us, communal spaces, and how to report damp and mould
  • Key information about rent and service charges, fire safety, and keeping your home and neighbourhood safe
  • How your feedback is shaping the way we work, including changes to anti-social behaviour reporting and opportunities to get involved
  • What we’ve been doing in your neighbourhood, including neighbourhood plans, community spring clean events and neighbourhood action days
  • Ways we can support you if you have concerns about energy costs, money worries, or paying your rent.

From June 2026, we are moving to a monthly digital update by email. We’ll still provide a printed update with key information for you once a year.
