It’s important we have clear standards in place, so that you know what you can expect from us as your landlord, and what is the responsibility of another agency.
Our most recent Big Door Knock in Jackmans, Letchworth, at the end of May highlighted the importance again of these standards. We noticed that our neighbourhood maintenance standards weren’t good enough in some areas and residents specifically raised this with us.
We are working to improve this – one of the ways we are doing this is by writing our settle homes standard and settle neighbourhood standard, which we will publish later this year. At our Voice of the Customer Panel meeting in June we asked members what they think is important to include in these standards. We will share drafts of these standards with the panel for review and also with the settle voice group.
