Celebrating Pride month 2025

Settle logo in Pride flag colours

At Settle, we’re proud to be a place where we value everyone. Throughout June, we’ve celebrated Pride Month, recognising the importance of inclusion and showing our support for LGBTQ+ residents, partners and colleagues.

Colleagues across the organisation have come together to learn, share and celebrate. We’ve hosted a Pride-themed bake sale to raise money for our charity of the year, Essex & Herts Air Ambulance (EHAAT). We’ve made pronoun badges available to help build confidence in sharing how we identify, and shared resources and stories that encourage learning, and allyship.

We also updated our logo across our website and social media channels to reflect the Pride colours and show our support for the LGBTQ+ community and highlight the values we stand for.

We know that inclusion is about more than just one month. We’re proud members of the LGBTQ+ Housing Pledge, a programme developed by HouseProud and delivered by Stonewall Housing. We continue to work towards the Pioneer Pledge as part of this commitment, building stronger relationships with LGBTQ+ residents, increasing visibility across our services, and supporting colleagues with training and guidance to grow their understanding and create a more inclusive environment.

Three images showing the Pride month bake sale event at Settle's office. The first image displays a table with various baked goods. The second image shows three Settle colleagues standing behind the bake sale table, and the third image is a wider view of the office with people gathered around the bake sale table and rainbow flags hanging from the ceiling.

Thank you to everyone who got involved this month and for helping make Settle a place where everyone feels welcome, respected and able to be themselves.
