Stairpay partnership – plan your shared ownership journey
Settle have recently formed a partnership with Stairpay, a free digital tool designed to help residents to plan their Shared Ownership journey.
The free app helps residents to track property value, check affordability to gradually increase ownership percentage in their home (staircasing), and understand how changes in price of the property may affect future gain when a resident sells.
