We have published our Annual Report for Residents for 2024-25. This reflects on the work we delivered and the services we provided from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025.

We have again published a summary version of the report. The summary highlights key facts and figures from across the year, with full details in the longer version of the report.

I am grateful to all residents who have provided feedback during the year – from completing Tenant Satisfaction Measure surveys, to sharing your thoughts through resident involvement opportunities, compliments or complaints, we will always act on what we hear and use what you tell us to drive improvements. Thank you also to members of our Voice of the Resident panel for reviewing the draft and helping us improve how we included content in the full report for residents.”

Listening to residents – how we have structured our report:

This year we have again structured the full Annual Report for Residents around the Tenant Satisfaction Measures, as your perception of the services we provide. The past year saw the introduction of new regulatory requirements for all social housing landlords like Settle. New Consumer Standards and the updated Complaint Handling Code were launched at the start of April 2024. We also draw on the Complaints Performance and Service Improvement Report within this Annual Report for Residents and provide details about all of the Consumer Standards.
