SettleParadigm announces appointment of new Executive Director, Customer

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Rachel McFarlane as Executive Director, Customer.
Rachel, who is currently Executive Director of Customer Experience at Golding Homes, will lead on SettleParadigm’s resident services strategy, oversee housing management and complaints handling and champion resident involvement. As a member of the Executive Board, she will also contribute to wider corporate strategy and post-merger integration.
Although Rachel has spent the last three years at Golding Homes, she is no stranger to SettleParadigm – a newly-formed organisation following the merger of Settle and Paradigm Housing. She has previously held Customer directorate leadership positions at both Paradigm (Assistant Director of Customer and Neighbourhoods and Interim Executive Director, Customer) and Settle (Director of Housing).
Rachel said:
I’ve spent much of my career at either Settle or Paradigm, so this move feels like coming home. It’s an exciting moment to be joining, with the integration of the two organisations well underway. Having experienced both teams and their cultures, I can bring real insight into what each does best – and help make sure we carry the strongest parts of both into the new organisation. I really believe that, as a bigger organisation, SettleParadigm can deliver tangible benefits for our residents.
