Checking out future homes with MP Andrew Lewin
We were thrilled to host Andrew Lewin, MP for Welwyn and Hatfield, at our Little Heath development in Hatfield recently. Andrew was shown around by Martyn Jones, our Executive Director for Development and Regeneration, and our partners from Cala Homes.
Andrew’s own experience in social housing is significant, having previously held the role of Director of Communications at Clarion before he became an MP.
Our Little Heath homes are due for completion in mid-summer this year, with 11 allocated to social rent, (traditionally 50-60% the price of private rental for the area) and 14 for shared ownership. The houses are all fitted with air source heat pumps and provision for EV chargers too.
