Help shape the future of resident services
We’re looking for two residents to help shape and improve our services.
This is a paid role where your voice, experience and ideas really matter. You’ll work with us to look at how services are performing, review resident feedback, and make sure we’re learning and improving.
The Committee meets five times a year, mostly online, and we’ll support you if you’re new to this.
You’ll get:

Time commitment
There are no fixed hours, but you will need to:
- Attend five Committee meetings each year
- Read papers and prepare before meetings
- Attend the Resident Experience Panel at least twice a year
- Join occasional online training sessions
