You can return a garage to us at any time. Just fill in the form below and return the keys to us.
Giving notice and returning your keys
Your 7-day notice period begins on the day you submit the form below.
Please return the garage keys to us by the first Monday after your notice period ends. Be aware that we’ll continue to charge you rent if the keys are returned later than this.
We suggest you bring the keys to our office in Letchworth where we’ll give you a receipt.
Leave it clean and usable
Please remove all personal items and rubbish from the garage and repair anything that’s your responsibility such as broken locks before returning the keys to us.
If we have to remove items or repair things that are your responsibility, you will be charged for this.
