Knowing what our customers think about the service we deliver and whether we treat them with respect is incredibly important to all of us at settle. This is why we’re speaking to as many residents as possible as part of our quarterly Big Check In – taking place between Monday April 19 and Friday April 30.
During the next two weeks, all colleagues working in teams across settle will be in touch with residents. The majority of our conversations will take place over the telephone.
We will also be visiting residents in Baldock who have previously been contacted to check they’re happy to be visited on April 28 and 29. Visiting colleagues will adhere to social distancing guidance, wear face coverings and remain outside homes.
This is the second Big Check In that we’ll be carrying out this year and a big part of our commitment to engage with customers about the services we provide and what we can get better at. Our Big Check In is one of the ways we hear from residents, along with regular surveys and other ways to give us your feedback. The next one scheduled to take place in July.
