Post-lockdown services from 19 July

Following the ease in lockdown restrictions, we’re continuing services including repairs with additional safety measures remaining in place.

We will regularly review and follow all government guidance, with a view to reopening our offices on Blackhorse Road in September. You can continue to reach us by phone and email. Please contact us or look on our website for regular updates.

Communal areas in retirement living and flexicare schemes now open

We’re delighted to confirm that all our communal spaces in retirement living and flexicare schemes are now fully open in line with the government’s removal of lockdown restrictions. Family and friends will be able to visit freely, and guest rooms can be booked in advance through the housing officer.

We ask that while in the schemes you continue to:

  • keep a 1-metre social distance from others when possible
  • wear a mask while going around the building and speaking with settle team members
  • sanitise your hands and surfaces before and after time spent in the communal areas.

Our housing officer colleagues will continue to visit schemes at least two mornings or afternoons each week to hold surgeries. Times are displayed near the scheme offices.

Do you need extra support?

There are lots of ways we can continue to provide extra support. If there’s anything we can do to help, please get in touch.
