Following recent media coverage about national fuel shortages, we wanted to update settle residents that this is not currently affecting our ability to deliver our services.
Our vehicles all have fuel as needed, but our colleagues might experience some delays with arriving to appointments on time for repairs jobs due to the queues to re-fuel vehicles.
We continue to monitor the situation closely, and will inform you of any changes to services should we need to make them.
If national fuel supplies reduce further, we would prioritise repairs jobs and possibly move to an emergency repairs service only, as we did during the lockdowns.
We do not believe that is necessary at this time. We would contact residents directly to let you know if there are any changes to repairs or visits you have scheduled in with settle colleagues. Unless we contact you, these will all continue to go ahead as planned.
