One of the best ways for us to check whether we’re getting things right is to ask our customers what they think of our services.

From Monday 28 February until Friday 18 March, the Institute of Customer Service and research agency, The Leadership Factor, will contact some of our customers by email or phone to find out how we’re doing.

Please feel free to provide any feedback, good or not-so-good and it will help us to improve our service to you. None of the survey questions will involve your personal details or ask you to provide anything other than your opinion of us.
