We know one of the most important things for residents is that we deliver good quality repairs in a timely way. We also understand that how we communicate the work we will do and when we will do it matters to all tenants.
We are continuing to experience a high volume of repair requests which is impacting our service to you. We wanted to provide an update now on the steps we are taking to improve this.
We are completing all emergency repairs within 24 hours. It is taking us longer than we would want to complete some other repairs. We are booking as many repairs as possible through our in house teams, and have increased the number of colleagues available to work on repairs. We will sometimes also use external contractors to help us deliver services. We have also recruited more colleagues to work in our customer service hub to reduce wait times when you contact us.
