Westmill neighbourhood update
We’re delighted that Phase 2 of the building work at John Barker Place is now at roof level.
We will be working with a new contractor in the new year to continue work on the roof and complete the building before the end of 2024.
Building work on Phase 2 will stop over the Christmas period on 22 December 2023 and start again on 3 January 2024. If you have any queries or concerns during this time do not hesitate to contact us. Update on Phase 3
The planning application for the development of 48 new affordable homes on the site of Freemans Close was submitted to North Herts Council in 2022. Subject to approval, work will begin on site once Phase 2 is complete. The proposed properties will provide a mixture of social rent and shared ownership homes.
