Changes to our online ‘report-a-repair’ service

From Monday 3 June, you’ll notice a slightly different look and feel as you follow the online ‘report a repair’ process.

We’re improving the online process to help us assess and diagnose problems more accurately.

Residents have told us that it’s frustrating when we don’t get things right first time and the improved process will help us better prepare for your repair.

You can access ‘report a repair’ online 24/7 and choose the repair appointment time and day that suits you – all in just a few minutes. In addition, there’s helpful advice for any repairs that are your responsibility.

To report a repair for your home, go to www.settlegroup.org.uk and click the blue ‘my account’ button.

If you don’t yet have an online account with us, select the white ‘register’ button.

You can report a repair needed in a communal area, without using an online account – just go to www.settlegroup.org.uk/report-a-communal-repair
