Big Door Knock – Feedback on how we communicate with residents

We’re carrying out our Big Door Knock in the Westmill neighbourhood between Tuesday 7 May and Thursday 16 May.

The Big Door Knock is now an established event in our calendar where every quarter members of our Board, executive team and colleagues from teams across settle go out to meet residents in their homes to find out how they are doing and if there is any more we can do to improve our services.

The purpose of this Big Door Knock is to speak to residents about the ways we can improve our communication.

We know we need to make it easy for you to get in touch and follow up with us, and that we need to always be clear on any next steps we are taking so you understand what’s happening.

Some of the improvements we have introduced include a ring back service, reducing the number of days it’s taking us to respond to residents who contacted us through our website to five days and relaunching our Live Chat which you can access now on the bottom right-hand corner of our Contact Us page.

We will keep you updated on the feedback we receive from residents through this Big Door Knock on our website. For more information about the Big Door Knock, please visit our webpage on how we collect your feedback.
