Current developments

Hertfordshire

Comet Way, Hatfield. We are developing 118 homes in partnership with Rockmount Group, including 32 for social rent and 86 for shared ownership. Due to be complete by the summer 2026.

Bullens Lane, Colney Heath. In partnership with Taylor Wimpey, we are developing 45 new homes – 20 for shared ownership and 25 for rent ( 9 which are social rent). Due to be completed by the end of March 2026.

Whittington Way, Bishop Stortford. In partnership with Bellway we are developing 95 new homes,  64 of the homes are for rent and 31 for shared ownership. Remaining homes due to be handed over in 2026.

Hawkshead Road, Little Heath. We are working with partners CALA Homes to develop 14 new homes for shared ownership and 11 to rent, with first handovers due in May / June 2026.

Oughtonhead Lane Hitchin. We are working with partners CALA Homes to develop 17 new homes – 11 for rent and 6 for shared ownership.

Royston, Hertfordshire. This large development with Vistry Group is in its third phase to develop 40 new homes for affordable rent and shared ownership. Expected delivery is mid 2026.

Poundfields, St Ippolyts. We are working with Elivia Homes to develop 12 new homes for shared ownership, 19 for rent and 1 for social rent. Expected delivery in late 2026 / early 2027.

Central Bedfordshire

Linmere, Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire. We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Stonebond Properties to deliver 141 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership at Linmere, a 650-acre urban village in Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire. 37 shared owner homes have been handed over. All homes expected to be completed by mid 2026. 

The Gates, Houghton Regis, Central Bedfordshire. Delivered across nine phases, The Gates includes 45 homes for social rent and 74 homes available through shared ownership, offering secure, sustainable living for families and individuals. All homes are expected to be completed by the end of March  2026.

Huntingdonshire

St Ives, Huntingdonshire. This development in partnership with Brumor will deliver 94 homes – 30 for social rent and 64 for shared ownership. The flats will be built using LoCaL Homes Eco-150 panels and the remaining houses will be built using their Eco-100 system. Due to complete in 2026.
