If you’d like to get a pet, please check your leasehold agreement first. Some agreements allow you to keep domestic pets and others don’t. If you’re unsure, please contact us and we’ll let you know for sure.
If your lease does allow you to keep a pet, you’ll need to request permission from us. You can do this by contacting us in one of the below ways:
There is a charge of £50 if your request is successful.
If you do have a pet, you’ll need to follow the guidance on the keeping pets page in the tenants’ section.
