Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs)

What are PEEPs, and why are they important?
Your safety is our top priority. If you live in one of our schemes and need assistance to evacuate during an emergency, we use Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPs) to understand and plan for your needs. This helps us work with local fire services to ensure your safety.
Who might need help to evacuate?
You or someone in your household may need extra support to evacuate for various reasons, including:
- Mobility issues
- Visual or hearing impairments
- Recovery from an injury, like a break or fracture
- Reliance on medical equipment or other aids
Providing this information allows us to better prepare for emergencies and ensure help is available when you need it most.

Additional information
You may have noticed QR codes in your home and around the scheme, you, a friend or a family member can scan the QR codes to access the PEEP form and record any updates if your circumstances have changed.
The fire service can also provide a safe and well visit if you would like reassurance and safety advice. If you would like support in contacting them, we can contact them on your behalf or you can arrange this yourself here.
