We wanted to update all residents on how we’re providing our repairs services. We are continuing to provide our full service for residents. We have received many additional requests for new repairs following the recent storms. This means it is taking us longer than we want to book in all new repairs.
Our colleagues will continue to book in all new repair requests as quickly as possible, considering each resident’s personal circumstances. Please let us have as much information as possible when you contact us to book your repair.
